Today is usually a rest day. DH is sleeping since he worked all night so I think that I am going to go do some yoga and maybe my Stott foam roller pilates workout.

Hermia, maybe I will get out Yoga Shatki and try some headstands since I have no children here today:)
 
I did my Stott Pilates foam roller challenge dvd 25 minutes and then did yoga shatki using the Matrix and did dancing warrior2, hand stand(this was probably pretty funny looking and I only stayed with the part with the feet on the wall and arms on the floor since I could not get both feet in the air

), then the bends and twists for a 22 minute yoga workout

Roseyln, Hope you have a nice rest day. Have you found a new rotation yet?
 
Hey, DianeSue, where did that workout come from? Thought Amy was taking a break while having a baby?
