Today is a rest day for me. I am sitting here trying to figure out what I want to do for a rotation. I think I may do some lighter stuff this week and then soon move on to STS again unless I come up with something else.
 
Yesterday I did CLX Lean Circuit 3, and later in the day I walked 6 miles. That included some steep hills in S.F., especially the hike up and around Telegraph Hill.

Today felt pretty tired. I had a little DOMS in my chest and shoulders, and I felt kinda tight overall. I did a couple of segments of QF Cardio Hip Hop, and followed it up with Scott Cole's Discover Tai Chi DVD. That warmed me up and stretched everything nicely.
