Today was cardio and I chose Cardio Coach #5. I've decided to do cardio three times this week because I really need to burn some calories. I'll do my yoga Tuesday and Thursday.

Today was Body Beast Bulk phase week 1 Chest 30 min. I followed with P90X Plus Intervals 40 min and P90X Abs Plus 22 min. Total time was 92 min. Calories burned was over 600 but I don't have my notebook with me. My husband took off to spend the day with me so I am off for a relaxing fun day. :D
 
Today was yoga and I chose Power Yoga by Cathe. Had a fairly decent workout. She still holds some of those poses way too long for me. I had to come out of a few of them before she did.

I see Susan Chung has a new Rapid Fire workout out. I may have to get it even though I haven't even done Rapid Fire 2 yet. Oh well. Maybe someday....

My aunt passed away yesterday. She was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer last summer plus it was in her lymphnodes and she had emphazema. I'm glad she's at peace now but I will surely miss her.

I did To The Max Extreme, going to have to check that Rapid Fire out.
 
I am late posting. Today I did Beast Bulk Legs week #1 which was pure torture:) 41 minutes, 280 calories. I then did Chalean Extreme Dynamic Flow Yoga. This was 39 minutes and 153 calories with 1# weighted gloves. Total time was 80 minutes and calories burned was 433. I think that tomorrow is Beast bulk back. Sort of glad that it is not Beast cardio because I think my legs will be too sore. I will add some cardio to this.

Debbie, I am sorry. It sounds like you have accepted this. Cancer is a tough disease to win. I am sending prayers your way. I know it is hard to lose someone.
I really do want the new Susan Chung workout. Tabata just makes me think I would love it along with the ab work (she has not disappointed me yet).
 
Thanks everyone. Believe me, she's in a better place. She had a really bad year and she suffered a great deal. I'm glad it's over. I will miss her alot, though.

Today was Cardio and I don't know what it is about death, but it always makes me workout hard. I chose Cardio Coach Press Play and did the entire workout. It was a killer, that's for sure. Haven't done this one in it's entirety in a long time.

My workout today was Body Beast Bulk week #1 arms, 35 min, 217 calories. I then did P90X Kempo Cardio plus 41 min, 356 calories and Rapid Fire heavybag workout 12 min 100 calories. I finished off with Chalean Extreme Recharge 106 calories. Total time was 1 hr 48 min and calories burned 778. I pre ordered Susan Chung's new Rapid Fire 3 Rock Steady Rock Hard workout:) Beast legs were killer yesterday. I can feel them this morning.

Today was yoga and I chose Bryan Kest's Energize again. I think I'm ready to move on to Tone. I will do that one next week.

I have to say, I'm getting a bit bored with yoga. I'll give it a few more weeks but then I'll have to figure out what I want to do going forward. I'm missing my weight lifting but at the same time if feels great not to tax my muscles like I have been. I'm also afraid of hurting myself again.

We'll see how it goes. I'm becoming flexible again but not as flexible as I'd like, so I will keep up with the yoga for a while longer. I always feel great after a yoga practice.
 
Today I did Beast Cardio and Beast Abs. I added a 20 min med ball core/ab workout to this. Next week I have to try to get everything in in 3 days. I might be able to make it 4.
 
This morning I did Body Beast week 1 bulk back, 29 min, 178 calories. I then did Turbo Fire Hiit 20, 20 min, 171 calories, max hr 162. I finished with Tony's One on One Patience is a Hummingbird yoga 24 min, 155 calories. Total time was 84 min and calories burned 504. Edited to to add my weights.

Today I doubled up workouts and did Beast chest and Beast legs bulk week 2. I upped some of the leg weights. Headed out of town.
