Today was my last workout for the week. Still pondering taking a week off and then start a new rotation and end of next week. I'll see how I feel come Monday morning.

Today was cardio and I chose one of my Cardio Coach mixes. Had a pretty good workout. I always seem to do better after the first 20 minutes. Not sure why?

I turned on the second alarm on my clock last night so it did not wake me at 4 am. I woke at 5:30 and had fast drink my cup of coffee and get started. I hate doing my workout that way. Workout was Supreme 90 Day Cardio Challenge no str 34 min 282 calories, followed by 10 Minute Solution with Amy Bento Hot Body Boot camp cardio blasting drills segment 11 min 88 calories. total calories 370 workout time 45 minutes.

Debbie, it always takes me 15-20 min before I am really into my cardio workouts and my HR is elevated.

Roselyn, sorry I guess I missed your post. I will go through my notes and let you know what I think. I got more detailed on the last few I did but I took notes so I had an idea of what each entailed.
 
It has been a very hectic day here. Finally have a little time to myself. Eats today:
1 protein and decaf coffee shake
2 Schwan's Mediterranean blend veggies with Schwan's roasted chicken bites
3 grapes
4 romaine leaves spread with hummus and veggies folded up
5 blue hake baked and asparagus

Roselyn I wish I had all of those workouts written down better. Usually it takes me a few workouts to find my favorites.
I will put down the ones that stand out to me that I enjoyed.
The JB Berns was a favorite. Why wouldn't it be? He started this:) Funny that I put it off till last because I did not think that I would like it. It is all cardio intervals on the rebounder except for the core at the end. Both of Greg Cooks workouts. The only thing I didn't like was on the Tubing one when I had to turn the rebounder and adjust my space. Amy Bento's Bootcamp. If you have plenty of space around the rebounder it is even better. Gay Gasper Total Body Metabolic Strength Conditioning. I think I liked Amy's Kickbox but I need to do it again. She does have one of the longest stretch segments on it. It was just more the moving around the rebounder and off and on that made it difficult with my space. I need to try it in another room but then again not one with a ceiling fan.
