Today I did Legs,STS disc 20, the bar workout from lower body and 20 min abs,
Will post weights later, my computer is being looked at on my DD laptop and she wants it now

M1-peanut butter on ezekial toast
M2-protein shake
M3-tuna and some veggies
M4-yogurt, apple and some some protein powder
M5-chicken, salad with light balsamic
 
My workout was short again today. Maybe I will find time for something else later. If not I got a decent calorie burn in. I did Urban Rebounding Extreme-MT Amy Bento Bootcamp 51 minutes. HR 133-163, 427 calories

I got a little higher calorie burn this second time through this. I like this workout even more than the first time. I had a friend come over for coffee and pumpkin muffins this morning when I returned from dropping off at school. We had a nice visit. I have to head back out here in a little bit.
