Hard Core Fitness Maniacs for Week of July 2

I guess I did not post yesterday. It was an extremely busy day. I got up and did my workout early. I did P90X2 Chest Back and Balance adding some runs up and down the stairs during Tony's Chatter and at the end. Workout was a little over 80 min and calories burned 300.
Today I was scheduled to do P90X2 Plyocide. I did Cathe's Crossfire with the abs and low impact bonus and then added To the Max lower compound and abs with upper focus along with stretches for both. Workout was 91 min and calories burned was 628.
I really did like Crossfire and what I did of To the Max. I sort of missed Plyocide from P90X2 in some odd way LOL Maybe it was the plyo bench jumps(I used the high step) Or all of the 1 leg jumps(not really) but anyway I think both are great.
 
This morning I did To the Max Mix Fitness Tabata instead of Lower compound, 51 min, 333 calories. I then did P90X2 week 3 phase 2 shoulders and arms skipping the w/u, 39 min, 200 calories. Total time was 90 min and calories burned 500.
 
This morning I did To the Max w/u and slide and glide, then I added Crossfire laow impact tabata
The Beast Cardio 30 min.

6 burpees with weights 20 sec + 1 arm 1 leg plank holds 10 sec 60 seconds
7 plyo push up 20 sec with low hold 10 sec 90 sec 3 x
8 sumo jumps 60 sec
9 squat to upright row 20 sec upright hold 10 sec 90 sec total weights
10 alternating lunge jump 20 sec lunge hold 10 sec 10 sec total
11 plank press up 20 sec hold plank 10 sec 90 sec
12 plank twist 20 sec plank hold 10 sec 90 sec
2 min cooldown/stretch
This was 14:40 min and calories burned was 82.
I then did The Beast Cardio 30 min, 205 calories. This was with stops to write exercises and say goodbye to family. I think the burn will be better knowing what to expect. I finished wwith the Beast abs 10 min, 51 calories.

Roselyn, I purchased it through Total Fitness going through Mary's Beachbody link as she is a coach. Shipping is a little less. It is Beachbody and is a heavy weight workout doing super sets, pyramids and some other things. It is meant to build mass. The lean program has the cardio workout in it once, I think instead of the total body workout. I think it is a great looking program. I will add more cardio to it anyway. Probably not a lot, but you know me:) I do way less cardio than I used to do. There is a meal plan and a supplement guide. I have not really went to the supplements myself.

Edited to add that I am just sort of adding and previewing since I still have 3 weeks of the PAP upper and lower to do from P90X2. I am really wanting to stick with ths one for the planned duration. We will see.

Today I did P90X2 base and back 55 min, followed by Crossfire Cardio blast +firewalker premix skipping the w/up, 20 min, 141 calories.
 
My workout was Crossfire Circuit mix and added the core before the stretch , 45 min, 240 calories. I then did Ab Ripper P90X2 15 min, 55 calories. I finished with P90X2 Yoga which came out to 66 min, 160 calories. The calorie burn was around 40 less but I am using the Polar FT60 so that is it. Total time was 2 hr 7 min and calories burned 455. I have lost weight even with the eating out and getting unexpected hight fat and calorie meals. I try to choose the best then look when I get home and am shocked. I really do not want to lose though. Hopefully when I do the Beast I will do better. 3 more weeks of P90X2. This will be PAP upper lower twice with recovery and yoga. I may add Plyocide. I missed the last one. I did so much plyo with the Beast cardio and Cathe's along with Base and back which is plyo and pull ups. I was afraid it might be too much adding it.
