Hard Core Fitness Maniacs for Wed may 16

Morning,:D

Last night, went for a run, I did 6 miles. My goal is before the summer ends; wait for it, to do 8 to 10 miles. I really felted so accomplished afterwards:rolleyes: only let me know I can go further.:rolleyes:

Diane: Hip Hop walk, sounds fun. Nice job on yesterday's workout.

This morning I did Amy's Drop sets w/up, shoulders, biceps and triceps. 35 min, 150 calories. I followed with Kelly Coffey's 30 min to fitness step boxing workout 2 with the weight drills, 39 min, 263 calories. Total time was 74 min and calories burned was 413.
