Hard Core Fitness Maniacs for Wed June 8

Feel much better today. Worked Back and Biceps. Had a really good workout.

1 minute 30 second rest between each set and exercise.

BACK
T-Bar Row - 60# - 4 sets/10 reps
Underhand Barbell Row - 65# - 3 sets/12 reps
Incline Bent-Over Lateral Raise - 12's - 3 sets/15 reps

BICEPS
Barbell Curl - 60# - 3 sets/6 reps
Pinwheels - 20's - 3 sets/10 reps
Incline Hammer Curl - 20's - 3 sets/8 reps

Bicep work was a burner. I'm hoping to feel it tomorrow.
 
I didn't get the cardio in that I wanted to. I have to take my dog into the vet and run some errands before I am without a car tomorrow.
I started with Lower Blast w/up, leg press cardio blast 1, disc side lunge, cardio blast 2, sit and slide, cardio blast 3, 20 min, 132 calories. I then did Pure Strength legs and abs 67 min, 282 calories. Total time was 87 min and calories burned 414.

Debbie, if I lifted that much on biceps I would expect to feel a lot:). Nice workout and I am glad that you are feeling better.

Roselyn - I miss seeing the weights you are throwing around. Great workout today, though!

Diane Sue - Nice workout for you too! I still can't believe you workout for so long! Hope your dog is ok.
 
Debbie, sometimes the workouts are shorter. I really do like to get something in that is a little cardio even if I am doing a lower rep heavier weight workout. I also like to add yoga or stretching whenever time permits.
I did foam roll the lower body today but did not count it. I had some cramping in the hamstrings so knew I needed to loosen something up. My dog started licking her paws till they were swollen and the fur was gone and her ears were red and I could hear her shaking them around all night. It ends up she has allergies that are probably due to grass and grass seeds. She got a steroid shot and some ear drops. The ears happened in the fall too. So I guess this is something new at 5 years old we have to deal with every year.
