Debbie, sometimes the workouts are shorter. I really do like to get something in that is a little cardio even if I am doing a lower rep heavier weight workout. I also like to add yoga or stretching whenever time permits.
I did foam roll the lower body today but did not count it. I had some cramping in the hamstrings so knew I needed to loosen something up. My dog started licking her paws till they were swollen and the fur was gone and her ears were red and I could hear her shaking them around all night. It ends up she has allergies that are probably due to grass and grass seeds. She got a steroid shot and some ear drops. The ears happened in the fall too. So I guess this is something new at 5 years old we have to deal with every year.
