Hard Core Fitness Maniacs for Wed July 13

Today was Day 8 of C25K. Did the same workout as Monday but changed the speeds a little which made hardly any difference. Again, I doubled the workout from what it's suppose to be. I hope that doesn't hurt me in the end. I still cannot imagine jogging 3 miles non-stop.

My HR monitor gives me problems every time I start jogging faster than a pace of 4.3 mph. If I don't hold the stupid chest strap to my chest, it looses the heart rate. I don't get why it's doing that and it's been doing it for a long time. I bought new battaries, I'm hoping that will help it. I have the strap really tight, but I may make it tighter Friday. I just don't get why it does this. When I do step or KB it doesn't do it.
 
I did URX-MT Patrick Goudeau Metabolic Strength INtervals 45 min 416 calories avg HR 141 Max HR 168. This is the most I have burned with this yet. I was putting my all into it. I like that the cardio portion is 27 min and then you go to plank jacks and stuff. He only uses sandweights during some of the abs at the end. Then I did 5 rnds in at a fast pace in 15:45 min of 10 push ups, 20 squat jumps, 30 rows(15 each arm) 40 alternating front leg raises touching toe with opposite hand, 50 kettlebell swings. I was spent on that last round. Almost skipped it. HR avg 144-HR max 157. I then did budokon strength and balance 34 min 191 . Total time spent was 94 min and calories burne 764. I have to hurry to get ready to meet a friend for lunch. We are coming back here later for dessert and a visit:D
