Today was Day 8 of C25K. Did the same workout as Monday but changed the speeds a little which made hardly any difference. Again, I doubled the workout from what it's suppose to be. I hope that doesn't hurt me in the end. I still cannot imagine jogging 3 miles non-stop.

My HR monitor gives me problems every time I start jogging faster than a pace of 4.3 mph. If I don't hold the stupid chest strap to my chest, it looses the heart rate. I don't get why it's doing that and it's been doing it for a long time. I bought new battaries, I'm hoping that will help it. I have the strap really tight, but I may make it tighter Friday. I just don't get why it does this. When I do step or KB it doesn't do it.
