I do not like running, in fact, I hate it. I wasn't looking forward to this workout today and I only squeezed 2 miles out instead of 2.5 miles.
I hate to admit defeat, but that's what I'm going to do. I am gracefully going to bow out of this C25K rotation, I just can't do it anymore. I don't enjoy it and just thinking about jogging 3 miles that will take me 45 minutes in 2 weeks does not sit well with me.
The workout today just seemed to drag on forever. I finally looked at my timer and seen that I still had 15 minutes to go. I kept going but by the time 6 minutes was left on the timer I stopped. I know, 6 minutes. But that 6 minutes just felt like an hour to me today. I'm just not mentally focused on jogging miles and miles. So I won't do it anymore.
One good thing I've learned from this is I can run a couple miles at a time if I want too. So that makes me feel good. I want to start my Cardio Coach workouts up again because those workouts I enjoy a lot. Unlike continually running, I love to do sprints and sometimes hill climbs. So I'll just go back to that.
Thank you all for putting up with my whining, I know I've done it alot with this rotation. I just figure if I can't enjoy this, why do it? I obviously can't learn to love to jog/run so I'll just stop now.
