Today was upper body followed by the bonus butt workout

Aunt Flo didn't stop me from working out last week but a headache this a.m. sure did. And no sleep. For the past 4 days my new kitten has been playing at 3 a.m., running around the house, terrorizing the other two cats and making me get up to put him in a spare room. Once I'm up, I have been having a hard time getting back to sleep. I think it took its toll this morning.

Got up at 3, put the kitten in the spare room and went back to bed. Again, could not go back to sleep. Alarm goes off, I get up with all intentions of working out and after I watched General Hospital - dozing off throughout the entire show - I decided to go back to bed. My head was just pounding.

I feel much better now and I feel guilty about not working out. But I still have two days this week to get in my cardio. I'll just have to do my stretching in the p.m.

I sure hope he gets over this stage fast... :(

Yesterday I did CCC-cardio premix, followed by Ultimate Power Yoga-backbend series, and finished with Flexible Warrior swim segment. Total time was about 1 hr and 10 min. My right trap is starting to get sore again, and the stretching seems to aggrevate it.....:confused: I am going for acupuncture on Friday to see if I can get some relief.

Roselyn-how did your Feb rotation go? Good results?

Debbie-I think I would hurt that cat, the dogs learned quick not to disturb my sleep :D Spray bottle perhaps? I hope you feel better today, HA's are no fun :(
 
I wanted to check out some of my new workouts this morning:D So I started with Brook Benton's Kettlebody Cardio Kettlebell with the w/up and cooldown 32 min, 223 calories Max HR 155. I then did the Kettlebody Bell Body Sculpt 28 min, 153 calories. I kept having to lower the kettlebell weight to 10lb from 15lb. This really tests the endurance with pulses etc.. I liked it. I then did the Kettlebody Yoga Burn 133 calories, 28 min. This has mountain climbers and balances. Movement that raises the hr some. Similar to the yoga warm up on her Fusion workout. My triceps were on fire. I totally expect them to be sore tomorrow. I also did the Supreme 90 Day Ultimate Ball workout which was 40 min with the w/up and str. 203 calories. Total time today was 2 hr 8 min and calories burned 712.
