This morning I did Tracey's workout#1 from metabolic conditioning Bootcamp Only (from the chapters) with the w/up 27 min, 221 calories, Max HR 161. I then did Glute Camp skipping the warm up,40 min 209 calories. My legs and rear are already kind of sore. She has some nice mixes in the chapters so I can imagine doing all kinds of things with these
Bootcamp was 4 rounds 30work/15 rest 1 minute between each round
squat thrust jump, squat jump, alternating lunge jump, plank jack or plank hop, mountain climber, star jump
Total time was 67 min and calories burned 430 calories. That was all had time or energy for. Slept 30 min longer in hope of not being so exhausted.
Roselyn, I knew you had to have some doms after that workout
