This morning I did URX-MT Amy Bento Kickbox, 52 min, 401 calories. I then did Les Mills Hardcore Abs 15 min, 61 calories. I finished with Turbo Barre abs and stretch 15 min, 48 calories. Total time was 82 min and calories burned was 510.
