Today I did Low Max and 20 abs from TF

Eats

M1-cream of wheat/raisins
M2-Peanut butter sandwich
M3-immunity boosting museli
M4-apple, almonds
M5-chicken breast, salad, veggies
 
So I'm looking outside today and we have at least 2" of snow on the ground. Wow, I cannot even form the words to explain how sick of winter I am. Where is spring? Why are our seasons so messed up?

Anyways, I got up intending to do cardio but just did not feel like moving my body in that manner. I am very sore from yesterday's workout and thought a stretch workout would be better.

I did Karen Voights Yoga Stretch and it did feel very good. Only a 25 minute stretch, I sure could have used more.

I always feel so guilty when I just do stretching or yoga. I wish I would just get out of that mentality. I know it's good for me and you don't necessarily have to have a calorie burn each and every day.

Roselyn - Nice choice for cardio! I need to do that one again soon.

Hermia - I'm the same about shrimp. GROSS! I don't know how anyone can eat those veiny things!! BLAH!

The remaining of this week my workouts will be WHATEVER lol really! Just trying to get back into the swing of things. Next week will be starting AGAIN with Meso 2 followed with Meso 3 twice. I just don’t feel like I am ready to handle Meso 3 after a month of down time, GEE! :eek: Glad to be back:)

Yesterday during my lunch hour I went to Mustard Seed. I been buying the Tofu Pockets OMG they are to dead for. I bought 4 costs me $12.63. I was wondering if anyone know how to make them or even have a recipe. They are stuffed with spinach, onions and mushrooms Thanks!

My workout this morning was Supreme 90 Back and Biceps, 57 min(longest workout in the series) 342 calories. I then did Supreme 90 Ultimate Ball 31 min, 158 calories skipping the w/u and str.. This was scheduled for another day but I want to do Tabata tomorrow and Chest, shoulders, triceps on Sat so Sunday will be my rest day. I finished with Shiva Rea Power Yoga Flow segments flow of empowerment and back bending vinyasa 36 min 161 calories. Total time 2 hr 4 min and calories 661.

3- Large Salad with salmon on it
4-protein shake

Hermia, good to see you check in. I love most shellfish but try to keep eating it down because of the cholestral

Teddy, good job getting back into the workouts. I have not been to Mustard Seed. Not sure that there is one around here. I like to go to a place here called Cool Greens. They have a huge selection of different salads and wraps along with dressings and toppings.

Debbie, how is the hand doing? I feel the same way about yoga. I guess that is why I tend to choose the ones that are calorie burners. Most have a lot of good stretching in them as well as movement though. The first segment I did today was more active so that is why I went ahead and added the second which has some nice stretching in it.

Roselyn, I am sort of missing the abs 20 from TF. Haven't done Low Max in forever but I always did enjoy it.
 
Teddygirl - LOVE the Mustard Seed! I haven't been there in years, though. My cousin and I use to go there all the time. Do you go to the one in Solon? Have you ever eaten in the restaurant there? Excellent food!

Diane Sue - My hand is much better. Just some real dry spots in the areas that got burned the most. No blisters, though. Nice workout, you kicked butt!

Here are my foods for today:

M1: Protein shake with kiwi and pineapple
M2: 1/2 c. oats w/BSN Whipped Vanilla, 1 tbsp. pb and 1 banana
M3: Turkey sandwich, 12 almonds, grapefruit
M4: Greek yogurt w/1 tbsp. sliced almonds
M5: Parmesan talapia; salad w/lite raspberry vinegrette dressing

This is the only kind of talapia I do like. Only because its crusted and doesn't taste like fish. :)

Where is Theresa? I hope she's ok.
