Today was cardio and I chose Strikezone. Haven't done that one in a long time. Had a really good workout. This one doesn't get my HR up all that high, I probably should use my 1# gloves when doing this one. Still, got a good calorie burn with it.

Yesterday, I did Powerstrike 6. 45 min of low impact kickboxing that felt very nice on the ol' joints This super cold weather does not make my knees very happy.
Today I did all of Rapid Fire 1hr 24 min, calories 580, 157 Max HR, STS weights and plates abs 18 min 95, one on one patience is a hummingbird yoga 34 min 138 cal . Total time 2 hr 21 min cal 813.
