Hard Core Fitness Maniacs for Sat May 28

Cardio, I did Mindy Mrylea Cardio Burn and workout 3 of core max.

Diane Sue,I know i have asked your opinion on the rebounders and if I asked about this one before I apologize for forgetting but what did you think of Amy Bentos kickbox one?
 
Roselyn, I really liked it the second time. I think because I got used to the rebounder. She has a pretty long stretch at the end, the longest of all of them. I found it a lot of fun. Really I loved all of them except the two Greg Simms which I did do one of those twice. So much off and on the rebounder in ways that did not give me space. The Yogic one was really no reminding me of yoga. I think after time I will truely have my favorites. Right now they are Patririck Goudeau's both of them, both of Greg Cooks (although I hate the turning the rebounder but it is only 2 times) and both of Amy's (kickbox and bootcamp) My only fault with hers is the cursing but I love her anyway. Just need to avoid with my grandchildren as I know their parents would not appreciate it. I also like JB Burns which is all done on the rebounder with no jumping off and on.

Workout today was Art of Strength Diva Workout 27 min. I believe a little longer than it should have been because I extended the farmers walk w/up and went one direction and then switched holding one kettlebell up and one down, 254 calories, HR avg 135 Max 160. I then did Kelly Coffey's 30 Min to Fitness Muscle Definition using the bodypart mixes, all back, all biceps, all triceps, then went to the main menu and did abs. 52 min, 343 calories. I finished off with Tracey Staehle's yoga solutions Post cardio and ane added some foam roller for calves, 13 min, 31 calories. Total time was 92 min and calories burned 628. Oh, and I slept in:D I feel much better today than I have been feeling.
