Hard Core Fitness Maniacs for Sat May 21

Cardio today, I did Mindy's Interval Cardio, 70 minutes, then I followed with some of Jackie Warner's strength dvd, did a little bit of chest, back abs, then TF 10 abs.

Diane Sue, have you ever thought about putting a rotation together? I sometimes go back to find the combos you have done, also tomorrow I am going to do one of my rebounder dvds, I just received Amy Bento's bootcamp, and I Greg Cooks which do you recommend I do first? I have done Keli's Metabolic one and enjoyed that I don't have the plyometric one do you?

My workout this morning started with Zumba Step by Step which is really a learn the moves dvd. I did the Reggaeton segment 11 min 50 cal, then I did Supreme 90 Day 87 Cardio challenge 41 min, 261 calories. I still have day 90 Cardio Challenge to do and then I will have done all of it. I followed this with Brook Benton's Kettlebell Butts and Guts Express Cardio and Express abs with the stretch 30 min 194 calories. I finished with Zumba Ripped Sentao 31 min 146 calories. This was fun but I did not feel much of a burn on the dips etc and I tried to get a little more intensity into the dance segments. Total workout time was 1 hr 53 min and calories burned was 651.

Roselyn, I have the whole set of the URX-MT workouts. I think I would say to do Greg Cooks first. You will get lots of core work in this. I really like this one a lot. Both are good but I particularly like Gregs. I feel I need to have lots of energy when I do that one. His warm up starts out with plankwork.
I sometimes keep some of my rotations written down. I have never posted in the rotations here though. Most of the time when I go back and do them I tweak them and will use some different workouts as my collection grows. Right now I am thinking of a way to do weights mixed with cardio between using mostly dvds. I am not sure what I will come up with yet. I have done STS Meso 3 doing Jumping jacks and kettlebell swings during the breaks. I think maybe something more in the 10 rep category would be good but I will see what I want to do after looking over workouts etc.
