Hard Core Fitness Maniacs for Sat June 18

I've never done insanity, myself. I think my little sis might have it.

Today was High Reps. Then we took DH's father and mother figure out to din for father's day...DH got me some cheesecake to take home, which I ate about half of. Makes me feel like I should do some cardio. I didn't add in an extra workout, but I feel like I ought to have. Tomorrow should be yoga but maybe I"ll add in a bit of cardio...it prob won't actually negate the cheesecake, but I'll feel better.
 
Just finished my Sunday workout. It was kind of blah. I decided to be adventurous and work on learning new cardio, so I put in Amy's advanced step challenge I, which I sort of learned before, but it's been a while. Tonight, however, I couldn't even begin to get it, so I got frustrated and decided to learn the second half of Tracey's High Intensity Step Mix II. I was able to pick up the choreography pretty decently, but I don't like it nearly as much as I do the first half. Then my husband accidently let the kitty out (she needs to stay in a bedroom when I work out cuz she won't leave me alone), so I only got through three combos then had to put the kitty back. Then I did the HIIT part of Cathe's Intensity, then the first ab section from Amy's Abs and Stretch, then the post-cycling section of Tracey's Yoga Solutions.
