It seems you learn all of the moves then you add the more difficult progressions with shorter rests and more reps over the following weeks. A variety of moves that was a fitness friend's challenge 16 min, 102 calories, I followed with URX-MT Greg Cook Metabolic Interval and Circuits 49 min 390 calories. I finished with 23 minutes of TRX Flexibility stopping after the Hip and Back stretch 112 calories. Total time was 2 hr 3 min and 739 calories.
Roselyn, did you get the special tubing or try to substute something else? I think some of those moves would also work with dumbbells. O am glad that you liked it. I like all of them. I think JB Berns is good but he talks about JB this and JB that. Sort of funny. I like that it is not off and on the rebounder for a change. I think Gregg Simms has grown on me. The first time I didnt care for them but I have really come to like them.
