Hard Core Fitness Maniacs for Sat Aug 20

I did Amy's KB Squared w/up, first kickbox combo and kettlebell interval, 22 min, 124 calories . I then did Lauren Brooks Ultimate Body Sculpt w/ kettlebells, kb and suspension training w/ core emphasis plus TRX TV week 3 sequence hip press, cross balance lunge, supine pull throughs, 33 min, 207 cal.
I followed to the end with Tracy Andersons Perfect design sequence 1, 49 min, 237 calories. Total time spent was 1 hr 44 min and calories burned was 568. I wore my Jolie shoe weights for Tracey's workout. I think they are 1lb each.
I need to head out to mail a package and stop at the nutrition center. Getting things ready for next week which promises to be hugely busy. Fast meals and things to make it move easy I guess. I tend to put off eatiing or eliminate it when I am so busy. Last night I went for an Amy's past and veggies light dinner. Lunch was a Macdonlds Southwest Grilled chicken salad. I had a couple of Luna bars running in and out. That is it.
 
I like that Amy DVD a lot. There are no just kickbox premixes. This one has the kickbox segments a little light on the intensity , but it really picks up during the kettlebell segments. It has some interesting moves that are somewhat different. For instance the turkish get up that ends up in a bridge. I cannot use as heavy of a kettlebell as Amy does for that segment. She uses 12 and 14 kg kettlebells in this. Doubled, that is a lot to me. I can keep up with most of it but I am really working. Reps are low though and the pace is somewhat slower.
 
I went to yoga today. It was a really great super sweaty class. It was actually a bit too hot in there for my taste today, though. I had to pause a couple times so as not to get light-headed.
Didn't get anything in yesterday. =(
