HARD CORE FITNESS MANIACS FOR MON NOV 1

NOVEMBER!!! Where is the year going? I will be 46 this month!!, not until the 30th so I have a whole month.

Today was cardio and abs, I did an Hiit 15 and Rhythmic Step and then TF 20 min. abs.

That is it, have a good day everyone, so weird my kids are 15 and 19 so there is no Halloween candy except what is left so not too much setting around, so that is good:)
 
I also can't believe it's November. Yikes!

Worked Chest and Triceps today. Had a pretty good workout. This is the last Chest/Tricep workout of this rotation. Today started my week 8. Next week is a rest week and I'm looking forward to it!

1:30 min rest between each set and exercise.

CHEST:
Flat Barbell Bench Press - 55#/15 reps - 2 sets - Warmup
Flat Barbell Bench Press - 87#/12 reps - 3 sets
Flat Barbell Bench Press - 87#/11 reps - 1 set
***Up 2#. I wanted to try 90# but I really didn't think I could do that for 12 reps. Barly made 11 reps with the last set.

Incline Dumbbell Press - 35's/12 reps - 4 sets
***Up 2#.

Decline Dumbbell Press - Skipped
***This one really hurts my right shoulder so I didn't even want to attempt it today. Wimp!

Flat Dumbbell Flyes - 30's/12 reps - 4 sets
***Up 3#'s. Really felt this one.

TRICEPS:
Double-Arm Overhead Tricep Extension - 40#/12 reps - 3 sets
***Up 3#.

Weighted Bench Dips - 57#/12 reps - 3 sets
***Up 2#.

Dumbbell Kickbacks - 15#/12 reps - 3 sets
***Up 1#.

Good Morning, :D

No workout this morn. I worked so hard around my house Saturday, right after doing Scrambled Eggs, I was so freaking TIRED., wore myself down:eek: Sunday, I tried to workout ended up doing 35 minutes of CC, just wasn't feeling it.

I ate healthy over the weekend, and that's good for me:rolleyes: I stepped on my scale this morning and I am down 2.1 lbs, Yay! My goal for this week, is another 2lb, ttyl.

Debbie: I can't believe it either, time is flying. Good job as always on your workout;)

Roselyn - Great cardio Roselyn :D You're a Sagittarius. Me too (the 23rd). I'll be 44 ... not sure how that happened :confused:

Teddy - Amazing progress, Teddy. That's really great :)

Debbie - Looks like a really good workout to me - good way to finish off the rotation :)

I have a disk in my neck (herniated) -- it usually doesn't bother me too much but was really giving me problems yesterday and was causing pain clear down into my shoulder blade by last night. Tried some work on it with the foam roller Saturday night. Bad idea. Actually kind of embarrased and ticked at myself because I knew better and really had a gut feeling it was something I should not do :eek: . Won't again, that is for sure. I think I'll just do some sprints on my bike trainer today and let it rest. It is feeling much better this morning, but I don't want to push it.

It has taken me awhile to get here today. I got my workout in and had to run errands. Then it was lunch time:0 I started my workout with Tracey Staehle's Circuit Zone 70 minutes, 384 calories, I then did Amy Bento's Dome workout from hi/lo Dome 25 minutes, 129 calories. I finished with Tracey's Glute Camp floor lower, abs from lower, then the yoga and stretch segments 31 minutes 102 calories. I wasn't really feeling much like a cardio workout today. Must be all of the candy:eek: I still want to do week 2 of STS Meso 1 this week. So tomorrow will be cardio and abs then Wed, Fri, and Sat will be STS with Cardio and abs on Thursday depending on when dh needs to go to the airport.

Teddi, great job on the eats and weight loss:D

Roselyn, I always made halloween cookies or something even when my children were older. We had way too much Candy left. Last year I was worried about enough. Not as many children this year. I think it was because there was a big Fall Festival in town. I bought a big bag of bubblegum so if I had leftovers it would not be all candy.

Debbie, you deserve the rest week. I wish I could look forward to rest weeks. I like doing the workouts. I usually just end up feeling stiff and lethargic when I take rests so I am better off with at least yoga or something.

Lori, sorry about the neck. It sounds like you have a decent plan till it fully recovers.
 
M1: green smoothie, wheatgrass, BSN cinnamon, 1c almond milk (40 cals) 7:20am
M2: 2 egg whites, 1 pack of grits 10:am
M3: salmon and salad, w/ walnuts 2Tbsp of RB dressing 12:45pm
M4 skipping:(
M5: 2 skinless baked chicken leg, asparagus, tomato

Guess what? Halloween candy is in office today, dang. I had 3 pieces and mms….argh….:(:p:p
