This morning I did 4 Day Split Double Cardio Mix, 58 min, 401 calories. I followed with Amy's Slo Mo Biceps, Triceps, and Core sections, 45 min, 170 calories. I finished with Shiva Rea power yoga flow mandala namaskar segment 11 min, 38 calories. Total time was 1 hr 54 min and calories burned 609. I forgot how much I like the 8 reps sets on Slo Mo. I haven't done barbell rollouts in a very long time either. It was a nice workout change
