HARD CORE FITNESS MANIACS FOR MON MAR 21

Today was cardio and I did Step Blast and the first two combos from SJ&P, then I did the core dvd from supreme 90.

It is so early hard to think of all my food but here is what I am thinking

B-cream of wheat w/raisis and some cinnamon protein powder
S-peanut butter (my favorite snack, I love PB), apple
L-protein shake with skim milk and some fruit and flaxseed
S-hardboiled egg, and hardboiled egg white
D-chicken, veggies
 
Back at it again with the rotation I did before my week off. I want to do it all over again. Started this morning and had a great workout.

3 sets/5 reps - 1 minute rest between each set.

Flat Barbell Bench Press - 95#
Barbell Row - 85#
Squats - 110#
Stiff Leg Deadlifts - 90#
Barbell Curl - 60#
Close Grip Bench Press - 85#

Went about 5# higher this time then when I started the last time. Felt good and strong this morning even though its ttom.

Roselyn - Did you see those recipes I posted last week?

Well guys I am back, :). I took another week off doctor order. I did Candace and I woke with pain in my back and didn’t want to push it. I've been doing 10 to 15 minutes of stretching every morning and superman's for back, gee I think this was the worsts injury I have had in years. BTW, stepped on scale up 4.5 lbs:eek: I was starting to get depress, but what is the use!!! I will see you guys tomorrow

This morning's workout was Supreme 90 Day Cardio Challenge 42 min, 326 cal, Max Hr 158 , Rapid Fire standing and floor med ball abs 16 min, 119 cal, finishing with Brook Benton's Kettlebody Yoga Burn 28 min 177 cal( this still has my triceps burning and arms shaking). Total workout time 86 min and calories burned 624.
 
Hermia, the Morning Star Farms products are pretty good. I have used the sausage patties, burgers, and the crumbles in recipes.

Debbie, those recipes look yummy.

Teddy, good for you for taking more time off to recover. Glad you are back at the workouts:)

Roselyn, did you do the Supreme 90 Day Core Dynamics? Or the Ultimate Ball workout? I think following the schedule I will be doing Core Dynamics this week. I have previewed all of them and it looks good. How did you like it, if that is the one you did?
 
Debbie, yes I got the recipes I am going to make one this week, they look good

Diane Sue, I did core dynamics, it was good, I need to follow the rotation just doing my own thing, but I thought it was good some different moves.
 
This is my foods for today and pretty much the whole week:

M1: - 1 slice Cinnamon Raison Ezekiel bread w/1 tbsp. pb
M2: - Protein shake w/pineapple
M3: - Turkey cranberry sandwich (got from Oxygen - was really good); 12 almonds
M4: - Greek yogurt & 1 tbsp. sliced almonds
M5: - Broccoli, almonds & Orange stir fry (Oxygen)

Total calories: 1698.5
Fat: 49.5 g. - 26%
Protein: 172.5 g. - 41%
Carbs: 161.6 g. - 38%
