lunch- low carb pita with turkey and corn tomato salsa from squeaky gourmet 2 chocolate chip cookies from a healthy kid book made using yogurt and toasted oatmeal (I had to sample them

snack mid afternoon- half chicken breast with more salsa
dinner- Squeaky Gourmet Curried chicken and Vegetable Stew, salad with fat free dressing, 1 low carb bake mix muffin made substituting half the flour with protein powder and adding a few pecans and cinnamon.
