Just got home from work. Not sure if anyone ever sees my late posts....but in response to today's posts.

Teddygirl - hi!! I didn't even know you were missing, as I was too! LOL.

Deb - I have to put a LOT extra into Kenpo X to make it a decent workout. I add some running in place in between moves, double times, jumps, etc. When I do it this way, I like it! Do you think you could put up with
Tony to do a P90X rotation? How did you acquire the DVDs?

I have Insanity....but haven't tried it yet, as I'm still nursing my torn leg muscle, whiplash and recent surgery! Yikes, I'm a freakin' basket case! (ETA: I actually was going to try Insanity yesterday, but my DH said it was too soon after surgery and told me to wait unitl after my doctor appt tomorrow).

I started my workout quite late as I've been working on getting stuff organized and cleaned for moving this weekend. I wish I had an extra day to prepare. Once I finally got to my workout, I did half an hour-ish of Core Foundations and Amy's little dome workout that's added onto one of her cardios. Earlier today I did twenty minutes from my new Raviana yoga dvd.
