I did Imax 2 and the step from cardio/weights, then I did Jillian 6 pack, may do a little bonus butt later.

Diane Sue, I do have that dvd with Imax extreme, do you like these workout compilations?
 
Roselyn-good workout :) Are you following the current rotation or doing your own thing?

Yesterday I did STS Total Body Lower Premix and the extended stretch from STS. I am going for acupuncture today for my shoulder. It doesn't hurt as bad as it has, but it's still quite noticable. :(

Teddy-I saw you hurt your back the other day and I didn't get a chance to respond. I hope you are on the mend :)
 
This morning I did the Supreme 90 Day Tabata workout. I really liked it. It does circuits of 2 to 4 exercises. The 2 exercise circuits you repeated 8 times for 20 sec work and 10 sec rest. The 4 exercise circuits you repeated twice for 20 sec rest and 10 sec rest. There was a 1 min rest between ezch circuit before switching exercises. This is when they explain the next exercises. The w/up was different on this one than the other two I have done. I burned 332 calories, 42 min, Max HR 162.
I followed that with budokon Power and Agility, 38 min 234 calories. This one seemed like it really stretches the inner thighs a lot. But you need it for some of the agility and power moves. My HR actually got up to 157:0
Total workout time was 80 min and calories burned was 566.

Roselyn, I do like those workouts on the Terminator. The I Max Extreme one is mostly all cardio other than those brief compound moves. I just use 8lb for that. The other two have more weight work.

Theresa, good luck with the accupuncture. I hope it helps.
 
Woke up with another really bad headache. I know its because of work. The smell there was horrendous yesterday from the flooding we had on Monday. I was going to skip my workout again but just couldn't. I already missed one day. So I took some Sudafed and within 45 minutes I felt better and worked out.

Today was cardio so I chose Step, Jump & Pump Step Segments and then I did the Step Challenge from Step Blast. Actually had a blast and had a great workout.

CARDIO STATS:
40 minutes total
:51 seconds below zone
7 minutes in zone
34 minutes above zone
378 calories burned


Then I did the stretch from Yoga Focus. Felt great!

today I did upper body only premix from Muscle Max and core workout from MM too. I also did 35 minutes of intensity step only.

Burned 500 calories exactly. took off my polar watch and jumped into the shower. good workout.
