Going to start posting eats again if anyone wants to, just makes me more aware of what I am eating good and not so good.
 
I had a fun workout this morning. I started with Rapid Fire Mix Kickboxing #2 with standing and floor core/abs and then did the Heavy bag segment 45 min 322 calories Max HR 159, I then did a workout using AOS Kettlebell workout Newport like this:
Rnd 1 cossack stretch, squat/thrust/snatch(I did high pulls) bicycle
treadmill 3 1/2 minutes up to 7mph last 30 seconds 4 mph walkpress
Rnd 2 squat/press, one arm swing, double leg raise 3 1/2 min treadmill up to 7 mph last 30 seconds 4mph walk
Rnd 3 2 handed swing, hot potato. twisting crunch. 3 1/2 min treadmill up to 7 mph last 30 seconds 4 mph walk
Rnd 4 punch matrix, plank. single leg raise 3 1/2 min treadmill up to 7 mph last 30 seconds 4 mph walk
Rnd 8 kettle bell push up,dive bomber/cobra. janda sit up 5 min treadmill up to 8 mph 30 sec 5 mph lowering to 3mph
Shiva Rea's Power Yoga Flow backbending vinyasa 14 min 76 calories
Total time 94 min and calories burned 818
 
Today was a yoga class, as was yesterday, but yesterday's contained lots of extra push ups, so I'm sore in my shoulders. My obliques are rather sore, too.
