Hard Core Fitness Maniacs for Fri. Aug 26

TGIF, my husband has been out of town all week and comes home today, really missed him, so I imagine how you feel Diane Sue.

Today I worked by lower body, I did STS Squat Rack legs,8 reps, 4 sets, I used 70# barbell for squats, front squats and one legged squats, 80# for deadlifts, and then I did the floor work of Gym Style Legs and finished off with no equipment from ab circuit.

I have been previewing MMA boxing, kickboxing and fusion, any comments on these,because they did not seem to excite me too much could just be my mood yesterday.
 
Hey Guys :) just popped in to say what’s up:) As for me, on July 4th I broke the left top of my foot:confused:
August 22 was my first day back at work, yep! I been off work for 7 weeks, I am getting cast off this weekend. Hope to be back to norm soon. Have a great weekend all:rolleyes: Miss you guys :)
 
My workout today was URX MT with Gay Gasper 50 minutes 376 calories. I didn't check HR because I was really trying to get my weights in too. I then did 4Day Split Back and Chest 145 calories 29 min. Total time was 79 min 521 calories. My fence is finally being repaired from the storms. My dog will be happy not to be put out on a tie out.

Roselyn, nice work. I sure do miss dh. You don't realize how much till they are gone for awhile.
 
Teddy, I wondered what happened to you. So sorry to hear about the foot. Ouch!!
