Hard Core Fitness Maniacs for Fri. Aug 19

This morning I did not have much time so I did Amy's Step Challenge 4 premix that does w/up, combo 2, power ups, combo 3, power ups, combo 4, power ups, str.. 46 min, 395 cal, HR 136 avg, 165 max. I then did Jackie Warner's crunchless abs standing 16 min, 130 cal.. Total time was 62 min and calries burned 525.
 
Yesterday was yoga and today I felt a bit sore...I guess cuz it's my first full week working out this month, what with Ireland and being sick, too. Anyway, I decided to do something not too tough so I did the one set premix of STS total body.
