I spent time in the garage after I dragged myself out of bed
messing with the back up battery in the AT&T box that Uverse puts in. I knew it should be charged. There was not a number on it for warranty and I have only had it since April. Anyway I finally found something on line and there is a reset button that is recessed. I took my pen out and that fixed it. It has been beeping like crazy and flashing red lights. Storms again this a.m.. We really do need the rain though. This time my tall pine stayed standing . I am thinking that I need to dig a new whole and replant or tie it up. The winds uprooted it. I am sure you do not want to hear all of this.
Workout was URX-MT Greg Cook's workout with bands 48 min, 372 calories. When I got done my HR monitor said 198 while I was putting things away:0. So then I did Kelly Coffey's Split Sessions upper 33 minutes and 230 calories. It started me out going up to 200 on the HR. I switched hr watches and it was still up(both were polar. Then I switched straps and it fixed the problem so it is not the watch. Anyway I am pretty sure Max HR on the rebounder was 159 and definitely not 200 on Split sessions. But I fixed that right away.

DIane Sue, how do you like the rebounder workouts? I just ordered a 5 disc set of his just because I don't know what to do with my rebounder. I sure hope I like some or all of them.
 
I love my rebounder. I am not sure what set that you purchased. These were in the URX-MT(urban rebounding extreme set) They can be purchased separately. I have also done one of the Barry's Bootcamp Cardio segments(the shoulder one) and used the rebounder. After the URX MT I think I can sub this in place of step and higher impact floor moves more often. I also used it for the TRX BootcampRopes and Straps workout in place of the jump roping. I did have to add things I learned from these workouts to intensify a bit more. It sure takes a lot of the impact off of the joints. I think once you get used to it you can find even more uses for it.
