Today I did chest, back, and Jillian abs

Warm up
Flat bench press 2X

4 sets, 6 reps
Flat bench press 55#
Barbell Rows 60#

Chest Fly 22#
One arm row 27#

Incline Bench press 55#
Deadlifts 75#

Incline chest fly 22#
One horizontal row 27#

This was suppose to be a cardio day but just didn't have it in me to do cardio. I did tomorrows workout instead and hopefully I'll feel like doing cardio tomorrow morning. Today was total body and I had an ok workout, I hate 15 rep workouts. Same workout as last Saturday only in superset fasion.

3 sets/15 reps with 2 minute rest between each superset.

Double Arm Kickbacks - 11's (up 1#)

Barbell Calf Raises - 115# (up 15#)

Pushups - 3 sets/15 reps
ss w/
Bent Over Lateral Raise - 15's (no increase)

SS #3
Plie Squats - 45# (up 5#)
ss w/
Barbell Front Raise - 25# (up 5#)

This morning I did Supreme 90 Day Tabata Inferno day 47(I did day 48 yesterday) 44 min, 308 cal, Max hr 158; I then did Supreme 90 Day Core Dynamics no w/up or str, 18 min, 93cal. I then did Lauren Brooks Kettlebell 2 workout smoker, finisher, and stretch 25 min 170 cal, max hr 151. I finished with Shiva Rea Yoga Shatki basic flow no shavasana, 31 min, 83 cal. Total time 1 hr 58 min and calories burned 652.
Eats yesterday were:
1-ezekial pocket bread with veggies and chipotle dressing
2-berries with Myofusion whey
3-2 ezekial tortillas with Tony Horton Bring it garlic huumus and veggies, asparagus with garlic and parmesan cheese
Yesterday was such a busy day it was hard geting the meals in. I am going to try to paint my workout room this weekend but did promise dd to help with planting in her yard.

Todays meal
1-berries,honey,cinnamon, myofusion whey, 1/4 cup thick cut oats, plain kefir
2-blue hake with mango lime salsa, baked yam fries
3-Elaine Goodlads chicken curry, salad
4- decaf coffee protein shake

Debbie, nice weights for 15 reps and supersets. Must have been exhausting:)

Roselyn, good workout. Jillian's Ab work gets in some cardio with it. I like that.
