Hard Core Fitness Maniacs 3/24

This morning I did URX-MT Amy Bento Kickbox, 52 min, 480 calories. Hr was 140avg 171 max. I then did Les Mills Pump but skipped most of the tracks. I did Triceps, Biceps, and abs, 17 min 100 calories. Total time was 69 min and calories butned 580. I was pleased with my calorie burn because I have been a little frustrated this week. I wanted to hit a couple of areas that would not bother my neck. I felt the choices went well. Wish I could have done a stretch tape.
We took the Harley in to get work done early this am. Family is coming in a few minutes for a belated birthday party.
