Awe, thank you everyone for the birthday wishes. I have such great fitness friends here. My family all came over yesterday. My son in law grilled chicken and they fixed a large salad and corn on the cob. They all know what I like to eat:D Of course there was some brownies and ice cream too. I got some wonderful presents. DH bought me a Heavy bag stand with the heavy bag and speed bag. He put it together for me after everyone left and we arranged the workout room so I could move around in it LOL. I am going to have to expand my workout room pretty soon LOL
