Oh my, another day of fun filled posts from my very favorite friends!!! Little did I know that my daughter sent an E-mail out to EVERYONE in my address book requesting that they remember my special day. For the past 3 days I have been flooded with tons of cards, special E-mails and phone calls. You all have added to the fun. THANKS! KathyS, thanks for starting another post. If you take a peek below, you will find a thread started by my friend HB yesterday getting a jump start on my celebration. I went to bed last night with such a feeling of warmth and happiness knowing that I am sooo blessed with all you wonderful cyber friends, some of whom I have had the real pleasure of meeting. I just got my birthday gift from my DH!!! I guess he knows me well! He got me my very first "curl bar" AND a pair of Kwik Collars. I guess he has listened to me complain enough about those spring clips I have and what a pain they are! Literally, they HURT my wrists trying to squeeze them on & off. Woo-Hooo, I am headed down to do my workout and give them a try! What a sweetie he is!! :*

I have to second what Susan54 said. You welcomed me on my first posts, and gave me such a good feeling about this group, it has become a regular part of my life. And I have been consistent about working out with Cathe now for 3 whole months which is a record for me! Happy, happy belated birthday, DebbieH!

I feel very selfish bringing this thread back up to the top again, but just wanted to thank the belated wishers!!! I have celebrated the past 3 days! My DH took me out to a wonderful dinner Friday night on my birthday. Then, his sister had us over Saturday night for a birthday dinner with some family. VERY NICE! ( yummy food & a carrot cake!) Saturday night my daughter, her hubby and my lil' angel Kennedy came down to spend the night and all day today celebrating again. My daughter made me a beautiful cake. She is taking cake decorating classes and did a great job on it! Then, my in-laws came over this afternoon and my MIL brought a homemade deep dark chocolate cake! Oh my goodness, talk about damage I did this weekend. Whew! Sounds like an IMax week!!! But, it was a great weekend with lots of family & loved ones. You all have just made it even more special for me. Thank you for your kind words. I am glad I was able to post to some of you new posters. I remember the day I found his site and how exciting and warm it seemed to me. Glad to count you all as friends!!! Thanks once again!

I just got to spend the past day and a half with Kennedy! She just turned 17 months and we are having a ball with her! She is at the cutest stage. Talking up a storm! She runs now...not walks!:) Her favorite expression is, "Oh my!!!" (in Shirley Temple tone) Okay, I'll quit being a rambling granny! Thanks for your kind words.

YES!!!! I love getting something I'll use, & I WILL use it. My daughter got me 4-10# weight plates, 2-5#'s & 2-2&1/2's to go with the bar! (55 lbs. total) I had no idea! Her hubby brought the gift in and when I went to pick it up, I thought, "Oh my gosh, is this heavy!" When I opened the box the weights were in, my MIL said, do you USE those??? Her eyes were as big as saucers. I know she is STILL thinking about it! Ha! Guess they just don't understand! Soooo, YES I do love it and both my DH & DD know it's a passion of mine! I am so excited for the new tapes to come out to use my new goodies.
