Had my baby....

so you will be seeing alot more of me in the near future! Im hoping to start working out again in the next couple of weeks if everything goes o.k...nice and slow of course. I guess I won't be able to run 10 miles on my first day....nor will I have the time!

Anyway, had a bouncing baby boy on Thursday morning only after 2 hours of intense labor. I was 4 days over due but when he decided he was comming he was in a hurry.
Everything as been pretty good so far. He is happy and content and I am hoping he stays that way.
