Cuz -- I think most of the "haters" are actually lovers, with the exception of Dana and myself. August is fickle, though, as she has gone through periods of extreme cardio lovin (the Christi Taylor phase) -- lol! See -- you fit in here perfectly :7

Hey haters.

Shannon - Michele got it right, her and I are true *haters*. Although, yesterday's workout was cardio. I was sparse on time so I did a 2-mile walk and then a quick 20 min interval on the elipitical.

Michele - loved your DH's tie!!!

Jennifer - I agree, glad to see you are finally getting some nice weather. Hope you're snow-free til next winter! Yes, I saw that there will be 2 road trips. Not going though. Are you?
