Hello Haters.

Thought I would start the thread for us today.

Michele-Hope you feel better soon. Take good care of yourself.

August-Where are you?

Jen-Good to hear from you.

Robin-Hello Again.

And, everyone else Hello and Happy Friday.

Longtime family friend passed away on Wed. near Denver. Not sure where the funeral will be at. She was only 47 years old and died of "sustained pneuomonia."

Plus, the Home Show on Sat. No workouts for tonight.

Hi Jennifer. I can't believe that you still are getting snow. YUK!!! I am so sorry to hear about your friend, as well as your dad's colleague.

Michele - feel better soon!!!!

Please keep my friend in your prayers today. She is having surgery at 2:00. I don't know what the name of the surgery is but she has holes inside of her nose, so they have to cut down the side of her nose so that they can flip it over (kinda inside out) and from what she explained, her nose will be laying open on her face. Then they will repair the holes and re-attach her nose. The doctor that is doing this is plastic surgeon so hopefully everything will heal nicely. She's going to have a cast on her nose for 3 weeks.

No workout for me last night. DH worked late. Ughh!!!

Hi Jen, Robin, Shannon, August (just in case you took your computer) and anyone else I may have missed.

Happy Friday all!:)

Good morning!

I feel a little better but still kind of queasy. I totally forgot that I have a hair appointment this morning and I need to go -- I want to look nice at the birthday party.

Jennifer -- I'm so sorry for your loss. My prayers are with you and her family. August is out of town for the weekend and she'll be back in a couple of days.

Dana -- oh my goodness, the procedure your friend is having sounds painful! I will certainly keep her in my prayers.

August, Jen, Robin, Cuz, and all -- I'll BBL to see if you're around. :*

Happy Friday, all you Haters!

Today is my rest day, and I'm glad! Yesterday I did GS CT, which left my arms in a quivering mess. Whew. I think I may have pushed too hard, mainly because of the "mouse" shoulder problems. But it was fun lifting!

Jennifer - Hi again!

Dana - oh wow - what a horrific procedure your friend has to endure! My thoughts are with her, for sure.

Cuz - howdy. I'm glad you're feeling a bit better. After you get that hair cut, come straight home and keep resting.
