I had a nice evening with my guests last night. Actually, one of the guests is the mama of the four squirrels' father! She hadn't seen the squirrels since she dropped them off at my place four months ago, and she was so happy to see them.

They were sniffing her like crazy - she must have smelled like their daddy.


Anyway, I just finished up another Ripped http://www.freesmileys.org/emo/gen158.gif (sans lunges and other such evils), then had a 3-egg white omelet, a piece of sprouted brown rice bread (I have no idea what that is, but it's really good, and it tastes like normal bread only a bit more chewy) and I put some pesto sauce on there and it was really yum. I'm finishing off my lunch with an apple from a big bag of really gross, sour, mushy apples I got the other day at the store.

JENNIFER - I read up a little about MLD. I hoped I'd come across info on your family, but I think I missed it. It sounds just awful. I'm so sorry you and your family had/have to deal with such a thing.

I'd be interested to read about them - would it be out of place to ask for a link?

Goodmorning August. You had me confused. I thought you really had cats over as guests when you mentioned the squirrels mom. That's why they didn't use the bathroom - they were looking for the litter pan.

I'm kind of blue this morning. I think it has something to do with being Greyor's birthday. I'm sure I'll feel better once I get to work and around people.

Last night, I did HIS cardio only due to a sudden illness, I couldn't do the weights but I feel much better this morning. Tonight will be 4DS-KB, Thurs. LIS and finish out with a little BC. Then, move onto something else next week.

ROBIN - LOL! Now that would be spooky if I had some cats over as guests. I guess you guys would really be wondering who I am and what I'm up to, and if I really thought I had relationships with DP (Darling Plant), Ched (Ched E. Cheese, a past lover), and Choco Raisin (who has been living under my washing machine for the past several years now).

Actually, come to think of it, it would be totally fun to have a bunch of cats over as guests.

But the litter box would be a problem.

I'm sorry, Robin, I think I must have missed something about Greyor and his birthday party. Is everything all right? I hope your blue feelings with find a happy hue.


JENNIFER - I've spent quite some time looking around and reading about your family and MLD. It really is heartbreaking. I'd never known about this disease. My warm wishes go out to you and your family. (Actually, the link was somehow not working, but I was able to find some info by plugging in the name.)

My stomach hurts so bad I feel like it is going to explode. I swear it is filled with gas and I have no idea what from???? I just ate lunch and now my chest is killing me. Probably b/c there is nowhere for the food to go b/c of the gas in my stomach????? Who knows?

hey haters, i am not feeling well- started last night but still not good tonight. I did manage to do 4DS Kickbox & B&G floor work tonight.

I changed my picture to my "newphew" Lexus! He is my brother and sister-in-laws little guy- he is so smart too! If you point your finger at him like a gun and say "bang-bang" he plays dead. He'll also do superman and put his front two paws together if you hold him in the air and act like he's flying! I am more a cat lover than dog but he makes me want a little guy like him!

All right folks, I'm off to work today. Yup, I've got clothing on. These jeans are so low-ride that I cannot sit down without totally mooning everyone (and thus I'm wearing a shirty jacket thing that goes down to my knees, literally).

Oh, the squirrels. Out of control. Yoyo was rummaging through my closet and was balancing on the clothing hangers, then (as I was watching) he slipped and was holding on for dear life (I saved him).

ETA : Oops, forgot to say - Jen, I briefly saw your new photo and then read that it was your brother and sister-in-laws nephew (I missed the cute way you spelled it, so I totally thought it was a little boy LOL)....that he was so smart that you could point a finger at him and shoot him down! I was thinking, weird! And then I realized my mistake. LMAO. Cute!
