I finished up the first part of Christi's Funk DVD and did the Cathe band stretch...Cardio. Urgh. LOL. But the stretch sure felt nice.

OK, August, the real reason I don't use smilies is I'm just too lazy to go search for the perfect smilie. Besides, I'm afraid I'll become addicted to that Prefect-Smilie-Found-Rush. Look at what has happened to Jen! She's obviously become a smilie addict.

I'm headed for work in a bit. This afternoon's workout will be BBC legs and butt, followed by some kind of cardio. I'm thinking of trying Amy Bento's new step DVD. I previewed it last night and think it looks like fun. (Insert smiling smilie here)

Hello Haters.

Thank GOD, it's Tuesday. Yesterday at work was painful. Glad it's over and time to move on.

Yes, my neice and nephews had a disease called MLD. When Maddie passed away almost 2 years ago now, I worked out non stop to be able to go on. She was only 7 years old and passed away at Cornell in NYC. About one year after she passed, my Dad was diagnosed with bone cancer and beat that. For the past 6 years, about 2 months after I bought my home, someone or more than one person has been in the hospital in my family for some reason. Type in your search engine MLD, and my brother's family might pop up. Prior to all of this,my family ever went to the hospital. My Dad's a retired physician.

I just read about Greyor in the <--- thread. I don't have time to post over there, but I wanted to give you a {{{{{big hug}}}}}. You know not a day goes by that little Greyor isn't in my prayers. I hope the Pediasure does the trick. How much does he weigh?

Jennifer - I googled MLD and I think I found your family! OMG my prayers are with you. Your family has really been through the wringer! I really admire your brother and his family. They have so much courage. I'm not sure I would.
