Hi Jennifer and all to follow. Just thought I say a quick "hi" before I get my day started. I have lots to do today, and my filing that I said was done, well the pile is now starting up again.

I'm planning to do a quick 2-mile walk at lunch today and then I"m going to attempt to do the KB workout tonight. Wish me luck!

Hi guys!

Thanks, Jennifer, for starting today's thread!

I had a really busy day and had to leave on the early side and I just got back and now I'm totally beat. But I work at home tomorrow, so I'll be around!

I had to change today to my day off, so tomorrow (which was supposed to be my day off) will be Christi woo hoo!

Oh man, I'm falling asleep now.
