Hello Haters.

Already hating Monday cause first it will hit about 50 degrees (F) and then it will drop so that we'll have about an inch of snow by Tues. AM. My workouts this week could literally be shoveling the white stuff.

Had a great weekend at the mall and out with friends. The guy issue went flat but life goes on.

Have a Great Day!!

G'mornin' http://www.millan.net/minimations/smileys/mornincoffee.gif

I'm tired and I have a headache, asore throat, and a stuffy nose -- I hab a code http://www.freesmileys.org/emo/sick010.gif

I spent the entire day with my sister yesterday and didn't get home until really late. It was a scheduled rest day but I was kind of keyed up last night so I did a segment of Classical Stretch. Today marks the beginning of WEEK SIX of my rotation extravaganza but I'm not sure I can do a workout today. I'm planning to eat a little brekkie and go back to bed for awhile. If I feel better later I might do something light -- maybe another stretch.

I'm hungry and there isn't anything to eat -- at least nothing I feel like eating. I want scrambled eggs but I don't have any. All I have is a jar of natural PB and I'm not the least bit interested in it. I can honestly say that switching from Jif to NPB has totally cured my PB addiction. I found a brand of NPB that I like but I don't love it and I NEVER crave it -- I do crave Jif, however }( x(

Robin - It sounds like you had a nice weekend. I saw in another thread where Tristan has lost 84 #'s http://www.freesmileys.org/emo/shocked003.gif . That is so AWESOME!! So, what's his secret? I realize they're restricting his food, but is he on an exercise program? How much does he eat? It's nice that you have the chance to GTG with other families who are dealing with the same problem. Do you keep in regular contact with any of these people?

I'll see you in the meltdown challenge. Yesterday was not so good diet wise, but I knew that going in. I ate a low cal breakfast and lunch to make up for teh BBQ and french fries I had for dinner }( :9

Oh crap!! There goes the friggin phone! I'll BBIAB to finish personals ;) :*

Michele- I am SO sorry you are sick. http://bestsmileys.com/signs9/4.gif

Jennifer- Yeah, it is going to hit 60 here this afternoon then by 5 they are saying the temp will be in the 40's and get into the 20's tonight I think...but don't think they are calling for snow thank goodness!

Chad fed me again last night, made a roast chicken- VERY good and mixed veggies. He also finally forced me to let him get me on the foam roller - he says I have tons of trigger points in my legs, back, arms, everywhere! http://bestsmileys.com/signs4/19.gif Needless to say though my butt and thighs HURT SO BAD this morning. He says he's going to start doing that a few times a week to me until I don't have all those trigger points. I was in so much pain when he was "working on me", I think he enjoyed it!

He is in St. Louis right now at Barnes hospital to getting tests run so his doctor can read them to see if he needs to have surgery again on his shoulder- I know he is going to have to, his range of motion in it is horrible, I feel bad for him.

Okay, I'll BBL!

Hey haters. I'm so sorry that I don't have the time to post like I used to. My job is hectic and forget about even turning the computer on at home. I miss you all!!!!

Michele - sorry that you aren't feeling well. I know what you mean about switching pb. I sometimes eat Jif b/c my family doesn't care for the NPB and all that I buy them is Jif. I buy Smucker's Honey Natural PB. It is really good on toast but even better on top of vanilla ice-cream. }( you're doing great with your workouts. I forgot to report in on the loss challenge. I weighed myself on Friday morning and I weighed EXACTLY the same as I did in the beginning. Oh well!!! I haven't worked out in a while b/c my work out space is in the basement and my DH is working down there. I can't wait to see what it looks like when he finishes it. It looks really great so far!

Jennifer - I am not ready for snow. I hope that they are wrong with your forecast. Sounds like you had a nice weekend. Good for you!

Hi Jen!!! :)

My weekeng was very nice. My friend and I went shopping, out to eat a couple of times and I had the wrap at the spa. Aaahh, it was wonderful. I've never seen such a fancy place in all my life. I live such the sheltered life!

Well, better get back to work. Have a great day ladies!!!

Goodafternoon all.

Dana, I'm glad you had a nice weekend. I really envy you your workout space. I have to move chairs and baby stuff to make enough room to step.

Michele, another high five on your rotation extravaganza. Tristan is on a 1200calorie/day diet and does an hour of walking every day. He either uses the treadmill or walks outside in the backyard. He has a big oval path worn in the grass. Sometimes the staff will go for a walk with him. It's getting harder for him to lose now though, since he's on those last few pounds.

Jen, mmmmm, roasted chicken. I've been craving that lately. I don't see it getting made anytime soon either. I hope Chad gets the answer he wants from the doctor.

Jennifer, yeah, it's finally gotten cold here too. I heard the "S" word in our forecast this morning, but think it is just for snow showers later this week.

I'm planning on visiting my MIL for a bit after work. DH was kind of nagging me about not helping him out with her enough. Then I'm going to head to the library and try to find a good book. I'm reading non-fiction about George Washington right now, and while it is interesting, I find I can't read much more then an hour before nodding off. Then it's home to do 4DS HIS chest/back and a segment of core max. I'm adding 8 pikes on the ball to meet the daily challenge on the OF. Or did I already say that? Sometimes I forget which check-in I've check-in in.

Hello Haters.

It's officially sleeting here in MI and it's coming down good. A little nervous about driving the Honda in the snow, the first winter I've had it.

Michele_hope you're feeling better soon. Get some rest and take your vitamins.

Jen-Does Chad have a brother? He sounds great. And, he can cook too. Please update us on his doctor's visit. Thanks.

Dama-Nice to hear about your weekend.

Robin-Enjoy the visit with the MIL. How is the reading on George Washington? I'm getting away from the 4DS for awhile, and heading back to 2006 or 2005 for a week or two. Or, maybe some Cherfitness or Gin Miller.

Have a Great Night.

Hiya!

I'm sorry I haven't made it back here today. I feel kind of crappy tonight. My throat hurts and I have a bit of a headache. Forgive me for my lack of personals -- I'm just not feeling spunky at all. I'm going to hit the sack and maybe I'll feel a little more energetic tomorrow.;) :*

Hey!

Just wanted to pop in for a minute, Chad just left- he has to drive back to St. Louis tomorrow to give a speech to a group at 11 I think... I feel bad he has to drive so much in two days- St. Louis is about 1:30-2 hours each way from here, so that is 8 hours of driving in two days plus he is still doing training before and after his trips!

Anyway, just wanted to report that he won't know anything about his shoulder for 2 weeks, he made an appointment to meet with his doctor 2 Wednesday's from now... he is going to a seminar in Orlanda, FL that weekend and he is giving a speech this Sunday too, I tell you he is a work-a-holic!

Jennifer- He does have 1 half brother that lives in San Diego but he is SO opposite of Chad from what Chad has said about him, they get along great but his brother seems to be quite the player, not the type I'd ever go out with, LOL!

Robin- HELLO!!!!

Michele- Hope you feel better tomorrow. :*

Okay, well I am off to bed now that I'm nice and relaxed. ;-)
