How are you all doing?


Diane-WOW! Glad to hear you all are feeling better and back at home. What a scary thing to go through. Get some serious rest this weekend.

Some good news. Yesterday, at work, I got an unexpected bonus. I was planning on the mall on Sat. to do some sweater shopping, now I have something more for the cause. Also, I've been chatting with Gary daily online and we might meet at that mall on too. He lives about 60 minutes from me, about 45 maybe from that mall, and he is seriously considering meeting me at the mall tomarrow. Plus, some other guy, John, I might meet him at church on Sunday.

This week, I've been doing the 4DS repeat. Bootcamp is left for Sat AM and then to Hardcore or 2006 series next. LIS is harder than I remembered, but I got it down once again.

Snow is in our forecast here in MI..Could be skiing by Thanksgiving.

Hey there!

I've had quite the busy morning! I was up early trying to get some things accomplished. I'm planning to spend time with my sister this weekend so I won't be around much, if at all, until Sunday.

I did Jari Love's Get Ripped workout yesterday and I woke up with full body DOMS this morning. August, why did you think I wouldn't like it? I actually like it better than S&L. I was able to match Jari's weights and reps for everything except shoulders (my shoulders are really weak). I'll have to increase my weights the next time around. I like the exercises in this one, and the time went by quickly. I even liked the music which was nothing but a drum beat. I tend to not pay much attention to the music in workouts unless it's so horrible that it distracts me from the task at hand. This is a cardio day but I haven't decided which workout I'm doing yet.

Jennifer - Congratulations on your bonus!! How fantastic that it came just when you plan to go shopping! You'll have to post pictures so we can see what you bought. I hope Gary can make it to the mall. I'm anxious to know what he's like in person -- if he lives up to his internet persona. Just BE CAREFUL! Meeting a guy at church sounds nice and safe

We have snow in our forecast, too. I was freezing this morning and had to turn the furnace on. Right now it's absolutely gorgeous outside. We've had one lovely day after another this week and all I can say is, if this is global warming then bring it on! I could really get used to this

Dana - Are you getting ready for your weekend getaway? I'm so excited for you and I can't wait to hear all about it! The Cardio Princess demands that you have a BLAST!!

Diane - How are you today? You must be so tired. I hope little Ella is completely back in the pink and feeling fine. Do you have help? Are you going back to work? I can't remember what you decided about that. And how are the kitties doing with a new baby in the house?

Jen - What have you been up to, young lady? Are you feeling better? Have you had any lovely back rubs lately, you spoiled brat (just kidding :* ).

Robin, August, and all - What are you up to today! Well I guess August is out of town. Robin, how about you?

I hope you all have a lovely weekend. I need to get up and move away from the computer. I have a lot to do and I want to spend some time outside, too. This beautiful weather and sunshine does so much for my disposition
