Gym Style question...

Is it OK to do all three of Gym Style back to back? Example: Mon-Back, Shoulders, Biceps / Tues-Chest,Triceps / Wed- Legs? Do I need to have a rest day in between each of these days? I'm assuming that I do not need a rest day since all of these are all different body parts. Even though I may be sore on Tuesday I will be working another part of my body right? Please advise if I'm wrong. Thanks guys! You guys are so nice to answer questions.

Personally, I would rest in between these workouts. If you want to do them back to back, it's probably a good idea to do the leg workout in the middle and separate the 2 upper body workouts. When you work chest, you're also working biceps, and your shoulders are recruited in the chest work, also.
 
I do the chest/tricep then the leg and then the back/bicep/shoulder so that I am resting a day between upper body exercises. So I will sometimes do Mon,Tues, Wed like this.
