Gym Style Legs

This workout is so hard for me! Maybe because it's so long. I did it this morning and I haven't done it for a while. I went to the ultimate guide and was suprised to see that it is ranked below LL & L&G. For me it is much harder! I'm going to hurt tomarrow, I know it : )

I don't always agree with everything in the ultimate guide either. I also get more sore from GS Legs than from LG. But not than LL!! I usually do LL with the floorwork from PLB added on.

I think LG is pretty relentless though, you really feel drained, but somehow it doesn't make me as sore as GS Legs. Maybe it's those awful slow lunges at the end!

Oh yes, I'm not saying LL or L&G are a walk in the park : )

I don't think I could get through the floor work in PUB after doing LL without crying! Your tough.

Maybe because it's a more recent workout? I definitely wouldn't rank it beneath L&G. I find some of the moves (the slo-mo lunges, for example) very challenging.

It's a great lower body workout, IMO.

Maybe because it's longer, and I have a hard time with those stability ball butt exercises. I love L&G - it's my favorite lower body workout.

This applies to me, too. LL is hardest for me, then GS-Legs, then L&G. I haven't done PS-Legs in a long, long time, so I can't rank it with those three others right now.

Mogambo, which one are you in that photo? Pretty saris you're wearing.:) (Just took another look and am not sure if those are saris...)

I think GS Legs is the toughest of the three. I find Legs and Glutes to be tolerable (and I HATE working my lower body!) because Cathe's personality shines in this one. But, I do Leaner Legs the most because it's only 30 min., and it gives me great results.

I have yet to reach for Gym Style Legs with a smile on my face!

I've found GS legs to be much less dreaded if I break up the standing and floor sections for different days and pair an upper body part with each (e.g. last night I did GS floor and a Core max segment). The standing portion is killer...
