Hi everyone -

What exercise ball and band does Cathe and crew use in the Gym Style workouts? I just lost the little plastic thing that stops the my ball from leaking and the band I had just broke during my workout (I don't think it is the right length). So since I have to buy new ones, I thought I would buy the ones Cathe uses.
