Gym Style Chest

Hi, just a question. After I do gym style chest, I have doms for at least a week, so much I can't move my arms very well without it I guess good hurting. I was just wondering if anyone else has had this happen. When I read other posts, it seems you have doms for a day or so. This is the only workout and I have them all that this happens to me on. Thanks.
 
Same thing happens to me! I personally think GS chest is the absoulute toughest chest workout there is!! The other gym styles are tough, but they almost seem easy compared to chest.

I'm thinking the timesaver pre-mix would be good to for a while, then move back up to the whole thing.
 
Thanks, maybe I will try the premix. I hadn't thought of that. I can get through it, I just don't know if I want to stay sore for that long. Karen
