Guilty pleasures check-in

Hi guys!! Not too bad of a week for me! I indulged twice but still kept it within my daily allotment of cal. protein and fat!! YEAH!! My indulgences were: Lasagna on Thurs. and birthday cake and ice cream yesterday. It was my son's and my nephew's birthday so we had a big ol' party! My goal for the next MONTH is to increase my protein intake to 1gr per lean mass weight. I'm really looking to biuld muscle, so I'm going to see how this helps. Wish me luck!!
 
Oh boy, do I feel guilty. Had one of my worst weekends ever as far as eating is concerned. Had pizza on Friday night. Taco Bell on Saturday night and on Sunday we got so bored sitting in the house (it was cold) that we went to Dairy Queen and ordered chili cheese dogs. Haven't blown it this bad in over a year!
But today is a new day . . . . . . . . right?
