GS with CC

So this week I was thinking of doing GS on monday, wednesday, friday and on tuesday and thursday add in CC. So my question is, i normally do GSlegs on wednesday; would it be overkill for my legs since i'm doing a CC workout the day before and after my leg workout? Shoul i move my leg workout mabe to friday?

I think you should be fine as long as your cardio isn't really doing major strength movements in your legs... so the cardio before/after GSL shouldn't be an issue (stuff like TM, elliptical, etc) and I actually sometimes feel better doing cardio the day after a heavy leg workout although it takes a bit to get the muscles warmed up because most of the time I have DOMS afterwards... I wouldn't recommend doing High Step or anything like that after a leg workout, but think I have seen lots of the GS rotations do these in a weeks time :)

So, IMHO, I don't see a problem with doing GS M/W/F and cardio in between... you could always put GSL on Monday and do GSBSB on Wed and GSCT on friday that way you only have one cardio after legs... or like you suggested and do it friday and have your weekend to recover... gentle active recovery sometimes helps reduce DOMS for me... you might just have to try it and see how you do...
