GS Legs - Wonderful Stretch Segment

I normally feel the need to sub some yoga for Cathe's stretch segments, but the segment in GS Legs is great! It's thorough and she holds the stretches longer than usual. I think it's her best to date.
 
I just did GS Legs and I was thinking how fantastic the stretches felt at the end!! They were much needed after the workout and the extra time was appreciated. The music is nice in my opinion as well.
