GS Legs today?

Need your input. I did KM yesterday for the first time in a while - forgot about those leg conditioning drills - some nice DOMS in my glutes today. Think it would be overkill to do GS legs today? I know the KM cond drills aren't weighted - but for those in the know - should I put in a bit more recovery time? TIA

I don't think it should be a problem. If a particular exercise causes you too much discomfort you can skip it, but you will probably be fine.


Age only matters if you're cheese.
