OK, I was a bad girl and opened my GS Legs DVD before it's officially mine. (It's my birthday present, but not quite my birthday yet). It's my husband's fault, he hasn't wrapped it yet.
Well I really liked it, let me tell you. Those one-legged "squats" you do laying on the stability ball are brutal. I let my mind wander a bit while doing those and ended up doing two sets on my right leg! At the end of the 2nd set I realized that I had worked the same leg, so I had to rewind and do the left. I figured it was OK, though, because my right leg is slightly smaller than my left and it could probably use the extra work.
Anyway, today I have pretty good DOMS in the calves and hamstrings. I think I like this one as my favorite leg workout.
I wasn't sure if I should bother doing legs because I've been riding my bike a lot. But that really only works the quads, doesn't it? Maybe a little glute when I've got my daughter's trailer on the back and I'm going uphill.
